Hi, I am a retired social worker. I helped my mom for the last 5 years of her life & enjoyed spending that time with her. My niece had Down syndrome and I spent much time with her during her teen and young adult years when she lived in Texas. I can't do heavy lifting, but I can run errands, take to doctor appointments, pick up medications, and provide companionship. Since I am retired, I am flexible, although I am not a super early riser! I'm easy to get along with and pretty relaxed.
